E-Liquid changing color

E-Liquid changing color

There are two main reasons that causes E-Liquid changing colors.

  1. Nicotine liquid that is used in most if not all E-Liquid will change to a brownish/yellowish color and become darker over time if left in light, even more so in direct sunlight.   This is the biggest cause for e-juice changing color
  2. After you let go of your button to stop vaping, the coil in the atomizer is still going to be hot enough for just a second to burn some liquid but not enough to vaporize it.  In the end, the semi discolored burnt liquid recirculates with the rest of the juice in the tank causing your liquid to become discolored / darker.  This could also cause some juice’s to start to taste bad out of no where.   Cleaning the tank out with warm water and refilling with fresh juice should correct the problem.   If not, look towards the atomizer being bad or about to go bad.
  3. More than one e-juice or other subsistence was added and as such, we at Stella Blues Vapors are not responsible for any damage caused to your tank or atomizer (wick) from mixing anything with our E-Liquid that are made from 100% FDA approved ingredients.
